Three lines of work

What we do, in plain words

Ceramic tile and natural stone for commercial buildings. We source the material, install it to the published standards, and stand behind it after the ribbon is cut.

Procurement

We source and manage the material.

Product submittals and samples, shop drawings and layout, mockups, takeoffs and ordering. We manage lead times on imported porcelain and stone, handle stored materials, and value-engineer in a way that keeps the manufacturer's system warranty intact. Daltile is headquartered in Dallas and we work with every major distributor in the metroplex.

Stan HimesHimes Construction Management

When it came time to completely re-tile our firm's office space, Modern Tile was our choice to perform the work. They are not just a tile installer, they have an eye toward design and how to get the best look and fit out of the unique tiles that we selected. I think they were pickier than us!
